Shipping & Return Policy

2nd Chance Trading INC. ships all orders within 1 business day (weekdays) of when orders are received.  Orders received before 3:00 pm PST will be sent out the same day. Any order received after 3:00 pm PST will be sent out by the following business day. For weekends, any order received before 1:00 pm PST on Saturday, will be shipped out the same day. Any order received after 1:00 pm PST on Saturday or any time on Sunday, will be shipped out the following Monday. 

2nd Chance Trading INC. does not ship orders on all holidays observed by the United States Post Office

Returns must be within 30 days of receipt of item and it must be in BRAND-NEW condition with all original tags attached to the item in the original box and all original accessories included. Buyer will pay for return shipping. If item is not in BRAND-NEW condition, a 10% - 50% restocking fee will be assessed, depending on the condition of the item
