Order Processing Time 

Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation. 2nd Chance Trading INC. operates from Monday to Friday during standard business hours. 2nd Chance Trading INC. does not ship orders on all holidays observed by the United States Post Office. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays during these periods.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is between 10 to 12 working days. Please note that this is a guided estimate and may vary.

Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of item, and it must be in BRAND-NEW condition with all original tags attached to the item in the original box and all original accessories included. If item is not in BRAND-NEW condition, a 10% - 50% restocking fee will be assessed, depending on the condition of the item.
